Cavaliers sign draft pick Hickson (AP)

The Cleveland Cavaliers signed first-round draft pick J.J. Hickson on Thursday. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Cleveland selected the 19-year-old Hickson with the 19th pick in the NBA draft.
