Cavs' Delonte West misses team's first practice (AP)

Less than 24 hours after saying he was focused on basketball, Delonte West skipped Cleveland's first training camp practice without an excuse. The Cavaliers' troubled guard did not show up for Tuesday's morning workout, and coach Mike Brown did not know if West would participate in the evening session at Cleveland Clinic Courts.
