The Cleveland Cavaliers signed guard Trey Johnson to a second 10-day contract on Friday. Johnson has played in two games since he was signed on Feb. 3 from Bakersfield of the NBA Development League. With the Jam, he averaged 20.1 points, 3.6 rebounds and 4.8 assists. The 6-foot-6 Johnson, a former high school teammate of Cavs guard Mo Williams, was a D-League All-Star.
