Police look into altercation involving Cavs owner (AP)

Police are investigating an altercation between Cleveland Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert and a former executive of his mortgage company during a private function at a posh hotel in suburban Detroit. Birmingham police are looking into the March 21 incident at the Townsend Hotel, Police Chief Richard Patterson told The Associated Press on Friday.
