Delonte West is back on the bench for the Cleveland Cavaliers. West, who has been in and out of the lineup this season while dealing with personal issues, was listed as inactive for the Cavaliers' game against New Jersey on Tuesday night. West has played in 16 of Cleveland's 24 games this season, averaging 6.1 points and 3.1 assists in 20 minutes.
