Cleveland Cavaliers rookie forward J.J. Hickson will miss two to three weeks with a sore lower back. Hickson underwent an MRI on Wednesday and the club said the test revealed a "stress reaction" in his back. He has been advised to get rest and treatment. Hickson has had his minutes reduced in recent weeks as fellow rookie Darnell Jackson has gotten more time in coach Mike Brown's rotation.
