The Cleveland Cavaliers have signed forward Jawad Williams, filling the roster spot left open by the loss of injured Eric Snow. Snow was released because of a career-ending knee injury. Williams played in nine games for the Cavaliers earlier this season. After his second 10-day contract with Cleveland expired in February, Williams played in 19 games for Rio Grande of the NBA's Development League.
